Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.

Responsabilités

• Warmly welcome and assist clients to create memorable experiences.
• Perform POS functions, box and wrap purchases, replenish supplies, keep areas organized.
• Assist engraving station, manage floor waiting lists, maintain hospitality areas.
• Communicate service or waiting issues to management and support policies.
