Job summary

Canada Goose in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate for the holiday season (Oct–Feb). This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer journeys and upholding our luxury standards.

You’ll engage guests, meet sales targets, and collaborate with a team to ensure a seamless experience. Prior retail experience and availability on weekends/holidays are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused environments.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands is a plus.
• Open availability on weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and KPI targets.
• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork.
• Drive KPIs like conversion, average dollar per transaction, through product recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and arrange stockroom and shipments.
• Advise customers on product recommendations with expert knowledge.
• Operate POS systems accurately in line with company standards.
