Job summary

Canada Goose is hiring Seasonal Retail Associates for the holiday season. You’ll deliver engaging customer journeys, provide expert product recommendations, and maintain a premium store environment. The role emphasizes warmth, teamwork, and strong guest service in a luxury setting.

Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience and comfort with premium brands are preferred. Open availability for Fridays through Sundays and holidays is required, with opportunity for growth and rewards through our program.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in high‑touch environments.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands is a plus.
• Open availability to work Fri–Sun and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills: Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and KPI targets.
• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork and communication.
• Drive KPIs and selling metrics through product knowledge and partnerships.
• Maintain store standards, organize stockroom, and ensure floor replenishment.
• Advise customers with product recommendations based on knowledge.
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Seek feedback for personal and professional growth.
