Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests at the host stand with warmth and professionalism.
• Seat guests and balance seating to optimize flow.
• Manage daily reservations and floor pacing.
• Handle VIPs, special requests, and inquiries (hours, specials, events).
• Monitor dining room flow and assist servers for seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of menus and covers.
