Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of OpenTable platform.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet and seat customers at host stand/door.
• Monitor server performance to ensure smooth dining service.
• Handle reservations through OpenTable (including VIPs).
• Organize reservations, maximize seating and optimize staffing and traffic.
• Adhere to accounting procedures and maintain POS knowledge.
• Maintain flow of service and proper seating.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings.
• May involve lifting tables, chairs, or highchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness/presentability of menus and covers.
