You will represent the brand with professionalism, knowledge of menu items, wine, and service standards while coordinating with the team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving food and beverage.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Motivated and results-driven.
• Standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items, wine, beer and spirits.
• Interacts graciously with the public and handles multiple duties.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and follows established procedures for payments and POS transactions.
• Maintains hygiene standards and supports kitchen and dining room cleanliness.
