Qualifications

• Creative eye for design and ability to craft custom displays.
• Strong communication and confident closing abilities.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM tools.
• Background in home improvement, solar, roofing, pest control, or related fields helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads across your territory for in-home design consultations.
• Qualify online appointments and build estimates for online deals with fast quotes.
• Assess properties and discuss budgets and preferences.
• Build customized holiday lighting designs and visual proposals.
• Present pricing, answer questions, and close deals in person or remotely.
• Document measurements, installation notes, and customer requests in CRM.
• Follow up to maximize close rates.
• Participate in optional sales huddles and coaching.
• Build strong relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
