Job summary

The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, WV, seeks a Seasonal Concierge to support guests with dining, activities and transportation needs. You will manage bookings, provide information and deliver exceptional service within the Rooms Division.

This hourly, gratuity-rich position requires strong communication, organization and a professional demeanor, with shifts that vary, including holidays. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of hospitality standards and company policies.
• Develop relationships with guests, vendors and internal departments.
• Time management and resource management.
• Book restaurants, activities, babysitting; use Opera, RA and Knowcross.
• Assist guests with booking flights, transportation and Amtrak.
• Project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor.
• Strong organizational, communication and verbal skills.
• Provide professional communication in all environments.
• Stay poised and polite, always helpful.
• Learn to evaluate guests by their preferences.
