The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, WV is seeking a Seasonal dining supervisor in Food and Beverage. You will support daily operations, lead a high-energy team, and ensure outstanding guest service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods.

Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, collaborating with the chef, and training staff while managing opening/closing duties and safety compliance.

Formación

• Experience in food service or as a lead host is preferred.
• Supervisory experience in hospitality is required or preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support manager in daily dining outlet operations and lead a guest-focused team.
• Monitor dining experience and take action to meet service goals.
• Maintain dining room standards and drive improvements with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with chef to improve food expediting for all meals.
• Ensure staff table visits and uphold opening/closing duties.
• Lead and train staff, communicate with energy, and ensure safety policies.
