Job summary

Qualifications

• Monitor dining experience and take action to meet service goals.
• Maintain dining room standards and drive improvements with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with chef to improve food expediting for all meals.
• Ensure staff table visits and uphold opening/closing duties.
• Lead and train staff, communicate with energy, and ensure safety policies.
