Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to elevate the client experience across our luxury store during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and work with our selling team to deliver exceptional service and seamless transactions.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in customer-centric roles, be familiar with retail and mobile technologies, and be prepared for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at entrances and direct to the right associate.
• Serve in different store areas as needed.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Handle escalated issues with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
• Promote services like Alterations, Personalization, Food/Beverage or delivery.
