Job summary

Moncler Group in Colorado’s upscale retail landscape is seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor to deliver luxury experiences. Reporting to store leadership, you will welcome clients, cultivate relationships, and drive performance during the seasonal period.

Develop client relationships with personalized service, maintain in-store standards, and support omnichannel services while meeting sales goals and upholding Moncler’s brand heritage.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver a luxury experience consistent with the Moncler Client Promise and Client Experience standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and active clienteling.
• Develop new clients while strengthening relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-up using approved clienteling tools.
• Anticipate client needs and recommend products and services that enhance the overall client experience.
• Follow all Company policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
• Accurately process sales transactions, omnichannel services, repairs, and after-sales requests.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store organization.
