Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients in Hermès standard.
• Support selling process: hang/return merchandise and retrieve stock.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain stock and presentation.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales: log repairs, contact clients, and maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
