Job summary

Hermès Meatpacking Boutique in New York is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and front/back of house support in a fast-paced luxury environment. Responsibilities

Provide high levels of service per Hermes standard: greet clients, assist, and wrap/pack at sale.
Support the sales process: hang merchandise, restock, and prepare stock room.
Organize workstation and selling floor; ensure items are stocked and merch standards are maintained.
Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
Assist After Sales: log repairs, contact clients, maintain active records.
Answer phones promptly with friendly, appropriate customer service.
