Job summary

Manatt’s is hiring a Loader Operator for a Portable Asphalt Plant with seasonal statewide travel. The role involves operating a front-end loader to move bulk materials, feed conveyors, and load trucks, while performing basic maintenance and site upkeep.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred). The position supports production of poured blocks and requires long hours during peak season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Previous loader operator experience or heavy equipment experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; vehicle to get to job site may be required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates loader to lift and transport bulk materials to feed conveyors, hoppers, or chutes.
• Inspects and maintains loader and performs preventative maintenance.
• Assists with plant operations and site cleanup as needed.
• Reports to supervisor with daily time cards, fuel receipts, mileage, and assignments.
