Under Canvas seeks a Seasonal Line Cook for Acadia/ Surry, ME. Work across grill, sauté, fry, prep, and outdoor pop-up dining experiences in a live-fire kitchen. This hourly role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, and delivering quality dishes in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Candidates should be prepared for variable weather, physical tasks, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Prior line or grill cook experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Experience as line or grill cook is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain composure and problem-solve in dynamic conditions.
• Collaborate with guests, food & beverage team, and other departments.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure guest safety.
• Prepare and plate dishes with proper prep and portioning in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly and timely with team members and supervisor.
