Job summary

Turner Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Line Cook for the 2027 Vermejo season in Raton, NM. This hourly, non-benefit position supports the culinary team under Executive/Sous Chefs, focusing on high-quality, locally sourced dishes in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years as a line cook, knowledge of sanitation standards, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Housing is provided; start dates begin March 2027; positions may last up to six months.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Line Cook experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and health codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and checklists.
• Ensure high quality, presentation, and dietary accommodations.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for timely service.
