Job summary

Turner Enterprises Management, LLC seeks a Seasonal Line Cook for Vermejo in 2027. You will prepare high-quality, locally sourced meals under chefs’ guidance in a fast kitchen, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The position may last up to six months with March 2027 start. Housing is provided on-site; flexibility for weekends/holidays and valid work authorization are required to join the culinary team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and health codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and prep checklist.
• Ensure highest quality and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment per guidelines.
• Participate in daily kitchen operations: setup, breakdown, prep, cleaning.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and testing.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for timely service.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and accommodate dietary requests.
• All other duties as assigned.
