Job summary

Turner Enterprises Management, LLC seeks a Seasonal Guest Service Agent for Vermejo Reserve in Raton, NM. This on-site, hourly role handles guest arrivals, check-in/out, inquiries, and reservations, while delivering exceptional service in a luxury, nature-forward setting.

The position includes housing, flexible shifts, and opportunities to upsell amenities and experiences. Start dates begin in March 2027 with up to six months of employment and a non-benefits-eligible status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• You must present identity and work authorization within three days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out coordination and guest greetings.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
• Upsell Reserve amenities, packages, and experiences.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and related spaces.
