Turner Enterprises, Inc. at Vermejo Reserve in Raton, NM seeks a Seasonal Guest Service Agent for the 2027 season. You will be the first contact for guests, managing check-in/out, handling inquiries, and coordinating with departments to deliver exceptional experiences. This hourly, non-exempt role includes on-site housing and opportunities to upsell amenities. The position supports a luxury outdoor setting and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and serve guests.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Must present identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate check-in/out including greeting guests, luggage help, tours, and folio verifications.
• Assist guests with inquiries and reservations in person or by phone.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests and anticipate needs.
• Schedule wake-up calls and maintain the daily status sheet.
• Promote Reserve amenities, packages, and offers to enhance revenue.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, entrance, and lounge cleanliness.
