• Experience as a line cook.
• Ability to work morning or evening shifts.
• Willingness to learn under an Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all required items.
• Sets up service units with needed items.
• Prepares items that are ordered in accordance with portions and presentation standards.
• Can perform prep and execution of all dishes on all stations.
• Maintains sanitary standards and cleanliness of work areas.
• Coordinates and times orders with other kitchen operations.
• Attends staff meetings.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by Chef.
