Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group Career Center is seeking a Cook to join our high-volume kitchen in Highlands Ranch, CO. The successful candidate will prepare a diverse menu with speed and accuracy, operate at multiple line stations, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items quickly and accurately for a diverse menu.
• Operate line with Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill and Make Up stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper safety standards for all kitchen areas.
• Work as part of a team to meet quality and service goals.
• Restock kitchen and prep areas as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Support other restaurant areas as needed to meet business demands.
