Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a fast-paced food service setting (1+ year).
• Knowledge of weights, measures, and recipe yields implied by line cook role.
• Culinary training or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge of meats, fishes, sauces, and vegetables helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the NOBU style, ensuring a courteous, memorable dining experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and recipe standards to provide high-quality food.
• Prepare ingredients: chop vegetables, sauces, and butcher meat.
• Cook hot and cold items according to recipes and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with meal services and events; handle multiple items concurrently.
