Job summary

Desert Champions is hiring a Seasonal Porter for NOBU - Indian Wells. The porter will receive, stock, and wash dishes, with knowledge of shipping and receiving and record-keeping.

This role supports kitchen operations during events, requiring flexibility and adherence to safety standards. Availability for 2026 WTA Finals and 2027 BNP Paribas Open Season is required; start window between August and September; shifts at least three per week through February, with extended hours during events as

Qualifications

• Experience as receiver/porter or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation rules for food service.
• Bio-hazard training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and stock materials; inspect deliveries.
• Maintain clean and organized dish and kitchen areas.
• Prepare and sanitize dishes, glassware and utensils.
• Help with inventory and store rooms; follow safety procedures.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings; comply with SDS.
