The Bay View Inn is seeking a Line Cook for the 2026 Summer Season. You will prepare and execute menu items with precision, following established recipes, and work with a team to ensure quality and timely service.

Role requires food safety adherence, ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Seasonal, part-time, hourly position at The Bay View Inn.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar culinary role.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, salamanders, broilers, fryers).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute a variety of menu items following recipes.
• Cook and grill foods to specified temps and portions.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and clean work area.
• Set up stations and manage inventory with kitchen team.
• Assist in coordinating orders and dietary needs.
