Job summary

Granby Ranch is seeking a Lift Operator for the Winter 2026/2027 season to safely load and unload passengers on aerial tramways and surface lifts. You will interact with guests, provide clear verbal directions, and perform ski-area duties including ticket scanning, snow work, and lift corrals maintenance.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, reporting incidents, and supporting the Lead Operator. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; must be able to work outdoors at high

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
Capable of focusing on repetitive tasks with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

Safely load/unload passengers on aerial tramways and surface lifts while giving clear directions.
Provide friendly guest service and assist guests with loading and unloading as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow sanitation and safety policies.
Complete required training and testing for lift operations and safety procedures.
Notify ski patrol of any incidents and keep Lead Operator informed of issues.
