Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements per applicable laws (typically 15–16+).
• Current Lifeguard certification required.
• Ability to remain alert and continuously monitor.
• Physically able to perform rescues and assist individuals up to 85 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure safety.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe environment.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies including water rescues.
