A leading aquatics staffing company is seeking seasonal Lifeguards to ensure safety and provide great customer service at pools in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Lifeguards will monitor pool areas, enforce rules, respond to emergencies, and maintain certifications. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during the summer season is required. The position offers company-sponsored certification, training, and a chance to gain valuable job experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements for lifeguards (typically 15-16+).
• Current Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED required.
• Ability to monitor pool area continuously and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure patron safety.
• Maintain safe swimming environment and enforce pool rules.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies, including water rescues.
