Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard certification (American Red Cross or equivalent).
• Able to monitor pool areas continuously and respond to emergencies.
• Physically able to perform rescues and assist individuals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
• Enforce pool rules and provide positive guest service.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies and execute Emergency Action Plans.
