Job Overview:

The Lead Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and supports the General Manager in retail operations to ensure store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with pool and spa needs
• Complete sales transactions accurately using POS system
• Maintain a welcoming store environment
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control
• Perform open and close duties, including bank deposits

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently attending high school
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to complete training within two months of hire
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Pay ranges from $15.50 to $17.50 per hour.
