Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven sales professional to join our fraternity headquarters team as the Director of Growth & Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing the Fraternity’s growth system, powered by Phired Up. Your primary focus will be utilizing the ChapterBuilder CRM platform to hold chapters accountable for their growth goals, ensure the success of the national referral campaigns (like the National Scholarship Campaign), and help the organization achieve a year-over-year (YOY) growth rate of 5%. Your expertise will ensure that every aspect of the Fraternity's growth system is maximized, including member recruitment certification, completion and execution of chapter recruitment plans, ChapterBuilder CRM utilization, and overall lead management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership of the Fraternity's Growth System: Take ownership of the fraternity's growth system, powered by and in partnership with Phired Up, and ensure its effective implementation and optimization.
  2. ChapterBuilder CRM Adoption: Promote and drive the usage of ChapterBuilder CRM among chapters, providing training and support to maximize its potential for recruitment and growth.
  3. ChapterBuilder CRM Metrics: Utilize the ChapterBuilder CRM platform to track and analyze chapter data, including leads, conversions, and growth metrics. Hold chapters accountable to their growth goals and provide guidance and support to drive success.
  4. Member Certification: Facilitate the training and certification of members as Certified Recruiters, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful dynamic recruitment efforts.
  5. Lead Management: Implement a comprehensive lead management strategy, ensuring that 100% of leads are contacted and effectively followed up on by chapter members.
  6. Membership Referral Campaign and Scholarship Management: Ensure the success of national and chapter membership referral campaigns, including the National Scholarship Campaign. Develop and implement strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness, focusing on generating qualified leads and increasing conversions.
  7. Growth Analytics and Reporting: Analyze growth data and trends to identify areas for improvement, track progress towards the 5% YOY growth target, and generate reports for Fraternity leadership and chapters.
  8. Training and Support: Provide training, relevant Phired Up resources, and ongoing support to chapter leaders and members to optimize their utilization of the growth system and CRM platform.
  9. Evaluation and Feedback: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the Fraternity's growth system and provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to Fraternity leadership and Phired Up Customer Success Team to ensure continuous enhancement of the recruitment process.
  10. Representation: Serve as a representative of the Fraternity at conferences, workshops, and recruitment events to promote the fraternity's growth system and attract potential members.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications) or equivalent experience.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience with the Phired Up Growth System and ChapterBuilder CRM platform.
  3. Proven, measured track record of success in sales, business development, or membership growth.
  4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze CRM metrics and growth analytics to drive performance and achieve growth targets.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and coach undergraduate chapter leaders and members.
  6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  8. Willingness to travel.
  9. Passion for fraternity life and a commitment to the values and mission of the Fraternity.
