Job Overview:

The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all aspects of retail operations to ensure the store operates at optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and promptly complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently attending high school.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Information:

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50/hour.
