Job Overview: The Lead Sales Associate provides superior customer service and supports the General Manager in all retail operations to ensure the store operates at optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour.
