Position Overview

The Customer Care Parts Coordinator is part of the Service department team. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory controls, taking and logging parts orders, reviewing orders with purchasing, packaging and shipping parts, documenting orders, coordinating delivery, and ensuring excellent customer communication. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, knowledge of AS400) and basic construction skills (reading a tape measure, making accurate cuts) are preferred. The role requires physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, use ladders, stand/walk for 6 hours, and sit for 2 hours daily.

  • Ability to build cross-departmental relationships
  • Prior experience reading blueprints is preferred
  • Clean motor vehicle record
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.00, with eligibility for an office administration bonus. Full-time employees can customize health, dental, and vision benefits, participate in 401K plans with company matching, and access additional perks like paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and Employee Assistance Programs.
