Job summary

JMC Enterprises is seeking a Lead Technician (Service Vehicle Driver) for the winter season to join our mobile team across 14 Northeastern states. You will drive the company service vehicle, lead a small crew, and perform snow and ice removal from trailer tops using safety equipment.

This is a weather-dependent, physically demanding seasonal/per diem role with non-traditional hours; training precedes field work, and candidates must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company service vehicles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and travel across service area.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company service vehicle and lead a mobile team on assigned routes.
• Coordinate team safety, schedule, and route progression across service locations.
• Document completed services and maintain safety and quality standards.
