Job summary

JMC Enterprises seeks a Lead Technician (Service Vehicle Driver) for the winter season. You will lead a mobile team, drive the company service vehicle, and travel across our 14-state Northeast service area to remove snow and ice from trailer tops, ensuring safety and timely service.

This weather-dependent role requires outdoor work in cold conditions, up to 16 hours, with overtime as needed. You must hold a valid license, pass DMV checks, and be able to lift 40 lbs while coordinating routes and

Qualifications

• Seasonal/per diem, weather-dependent position.
• Must be comfortable outdoors in cold weather and varying winter conditions.
• Must have open availability during snowstorms and for several days following a storm.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate JMC service vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and DMV driving record check.
• Experience driving in snow and winter conditions; comfortable with extended winter driving.
• Able to work at heights ~13 feet and lift at least 40 lbs.
• Willing to travel based on storm activity and operational needs.
• Timely and responsive communication during and outside scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mobile team traveling across JMC's service area based on winter weather needs.
• Safely transport your team and navigate between service locations; keep team on schedule.
• Coordinate route and ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently.
• Document completed services through our digital platform for consistency and accountability.
• During large snow events, travel may extend across 14 Northeastern states.
