Job summary

JMC Enterprises seeks a Lead Technician (Service Vehicle Driver) for a seasonal role. You will lead a mobile crew, transport the team, and ensure timely winter service across multiple locations, including driving under snowy conditions.

This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and proactive communication to meet safety standards while documenting all services in the digital platform.

Qualifications

• Seasonal/per diem, weather-dependent position.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in cold weather.
• Open availability during snowstorms and for several days following a storm.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass DMV checks.
• Experience driving in snow and winter conditions; comfortable driving long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mobile team and coordinate route throughout service area.
• Safely transport team and navigate between service locations.
• Maintain schedule, adapt to changing conditions, and communicate updates.
• Access trailer tops, remove snow/ice, and ensure safety on site.
• Document completed services through the company’s digital platform.
