Job summary

JMC Enterprises seeks a Lead Technician (Service Vehicle Driver) for a seasonal/per diem role overseeing a mobile team, driving the service vehicle, and coordinating snow-removal operations across the Northeast during winter storms.

You’ll work outdoors, travel as storms demand, and ensure safety, timely communication, and accurate documentation of services through the digital platform. Training begins preseason; follow safety protocols and lead a small team in variable conditions.

Qualifications

• Seasonal/per diem, weather-dependent position.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license.
• Experience driving in snow and winter conditions.
• Must be comfortable with heights ~13 feet and lifting 40 lbs.
• Reliable smartphone for clocking in and routing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mobile team to service routes across multiple states.
• Drive company service vehicle and ensure on-time routing.
• Perform snow removal from trailer tops using safety equipment.
• Coordinate team tasks and document services in digital platform.
• Maintain safety and follow established procedures across locations.
