Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and perform physical retail duties throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily front-end operation and serve as the primary support resource for cashiers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with resolving customer concerns.
• Train, coach, and support cashiers on company procedures and service standards.
• Reinforce performance expectations and promote a positive team environment.
• Support scheduling needs and communicate operational concerns to the Customer Experience Manager.
• Develop working knowledge of plant material to assist customers and support the retail team.
• Serve as a front-line resource for customer inquiries, directing calls and requests to the appropriate department.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.
• Support opening and closing procedures, register accountability, and cash handling standards.
• Monitor front-end efficiency and maintain clean, organized checkout areas.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, promotions, merchandising, and inventory support.
