Job summary

BruZiv Landscaping LLC is seeking a Landscape Foreperson in Norton, OH. This full-time role pays $21.00–$25.00/hour and requires 4+ years of landscape experience, including snow plowing with heavy equipment. You will direct a crew, ensure job quality, and maintain a clean driving record.

We offer a variety of landscape services, year-round work including snow removal, and opportunities for growth within a locally owned company. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Landscaping crew management REQUIRED.
• 4+ years with snow plowing with a truck and/or machinery.
• Must have a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD with no suspensions.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities; able to direct a crew of 2–4.

Responsibilities

• Lead a landscaping/snow removal crew of 2–4 members.
• Direct daily work, safety, and quality on site.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure satisfaction.
