Position Overview:

This role supports the maintenance department with inventory management, inspecting and moving equipment, cycle counting, sorting, and other duties. The employee reports to the Maintenance Manager and works under the guidance of the Parts Coordinator and Maintenance Planner.

Essential Functions:

1. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety policies.
2. Assist with inventory, sorting, and cleaning around the plant.
3. Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately.
4. Perform independent cycle counts with proper documentation.
5. Maintain and clean the maintenance shop and equipment.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safety consciousness.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills in a production environment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; current student pursuing a secondary degree.

Compensation: $17.68 per hour.
