Job summary

Sur La Table in Miami is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through every stage of their culinary experience and to support daily store operations. You will help deliver a best-in-center customer experience and drive sales by sharing product knowledge.

Stay current on products, engage guests, recommend relevant items, and contribute to sales by promoting add-ons and events. Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive store culture and adhere to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences for customers.
• Maintain product expertise by training and self-learning.
• Engage customers, identify needs, and recommend relevant products or experiences.
• Maximize selling opportunities and promote add-on sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, high-performing store culture.
• Assist in onboarding and share product knowledge.
• Process transactions using POS, handle openings/closings, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Complete inventory transactions including MOS and RARs; follow wage/hour laws and SOPs.
