Sur La Table is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through every stage of their culinary journey. You will support daily operations, share product knowledge, and help drive sales within our store.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer experiences, flexibility for a 12–16 hour weekly schedule, including nights and weekends, and collaboration with team members to maintain high standards and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of employment.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities
