Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Dishwasher (Porter) for Le Vallauris Palm Springs. In this role you will support daily kitchen operations by washing, organizing, and stocking pots, pans, dishware, and glassware while maintaining health and safety standards.

You will follow SOPs, assist the Chef on Duty when needed, and help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet business needs in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of consistent work experience.
• Ability to focus, organize and prioritize in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Ability to work fast and efficiently while maintaining company standards.
• Ability to react quickly when faced with unusual scenarios.
• Must have open and flexible availability to work night, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Positive and influential member of the team.

Responsibilities

• Rinse, clean, organize, stock and maintain proper amounts of pots, pans, silverware, dishware and glassware to support daily operations and business volumes.
• Adhere to health and safety policy and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards and local/state/federal law as applicable.
• Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings as required.
• Dispose rubbish, mop area, organize dirty/clean dishware, glassware and silverware.
• Be flexible on duties or tasks as requested or needed.
• Be available to help and collaborate with other stations if requested.
