Job summary

The Ranch Hudson Valley is a luxury wellness retreat seeking a reliable F&B Porter to support our culinary team. You will help keep kitchens and dining areas clean, stocked, and organized while collaborating with chefs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate maintains high cleanliness standards, enjoys teamwork, and is prepared for long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for career advancement within our culinary and hospitality teams.

Qualifications

• Stand 8+ hours per shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit or health certification.
• Willingness to work long, fast-paced shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashers; ensure utensils meet health standards.
• Receive deliveries and stock carts, beverage stations, and refrigerators.
• Move heavy equipment between kitchens and dining areas.
• Sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces, and manage waste per health codes.
• Assist with basic food prep as needed.
