Alterra Mountain Company is hiring a dependable dishwasher to support the kitchen team at Schweitzer Mountain Resort in Idaho. This full-time seasonal role focuses on maintaining cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils, ensuring a safe and organized kitchen, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
You will work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, follow health and safety regulations, stand up to 8 hours, and may assist with basic food prep while striving for
Qualificações
- License/Certifications- Idaho Food Safety Certification (training provided)
- Technical- Basic kitchen and cooking skills preferred
- Physical Capabilities- Stand for up to 8 hours per shift; lift 25–50 lbs
- Additional- 100% indoor worksite with fumes, odors, hazards
Responsabilidades
- Scrape, wash, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
- Maintain a clean and orderly dishwashing area for staff access.
- Keep floors and surfaces free of spills by sweeping/mopping.
- Regularly empty trash and recycling.
- Assist with basic food prep or receiving deliveries.
- Monitor dishwashing machine temperature and chemical levels.
- Report malfunctions to supervisor.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food-handling regulations.
