Job summary

Burton is expanding its seasonal pop-up store in North Conway, NH, seeking a Keyholder to connect with customers and the snowboarding community. You will lead by example, drive sales, and help manage daily store operations within a vibrant community-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail leadership and 2+ years of customer service experience, with a passion for engaging customers and representing the Burton brand at events and in-store activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Keyholder or sales lead experience or an equivalent role at a retail store is strongly desired.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a specialty or sales-driven environment.
• Outgoing, social and enjoy engaging others.
• Able to effectively communicate with internal team members and external customers.
• Physical requirements include ability to twist, bend, squat, climb stairs, reach, safely lift 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

• Open & close the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Take an active role in coaching and developing Store Associates.

• Be an active member of the local community by attending and supporting in-store events.

Burton is looking for social individuals to spread the stoke as part of our seasonal retail team at our pop-up store in North Conway, NH. Our team is the Jake-blue thread that connects our brand to your community and the snowboarding community at large. Our Keyholders provide invaluable connections to our customers every day.

We’re excited about your qualifications:

• You are of legal working age
• Able to effectively communicate with internal team members and external customers
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, go up and down stairs, reach, safely lift 50pounds, climb a ladder and stand for extended period of time without assistance
• Prior experience in customer facing roles such as retail, customer/guest service, or food and beverage industry a plus, but not required
