Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a seasonal Key Holder in Colorado Springs who loves pop culture to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help hit sales targets. You will train new team members and support the Store Manager in daily operations while ensuring fans can access the merchandise they love.

You will step in to lead when the Manager is away, assist with opening/closing, sales floor upkeep, and planogram changes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Avenger-like collaboration and Captain America-like leadership.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience, leveraging product knowledge and customer service to drive repeat visits.
• Step in to provide leadership and help run the store when the Manager is unavailable.
• Understand sales plans and drive KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Cover sales floor areas and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Process sales transactions, upsell, and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising layout.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Help prevent theft and maintain store security alongside Store Management.
• Keep stock rooms organized and store tidy.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
• Take on other tasks as assigned by the Store Leader.
