Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits and showcases product knowledge
• Lead and support store operations when the manager is away
• Help drive KPIs like UPT and ADT and assist with opening/closing tasks
• Process sales transactions and upsell using fandom knowledge
• Assist with merchandising, planograms, and stockroom organization
• Coach new Sales Associates and support store leadership as needed
