Job summary

BoxLunch in Colorado Springs is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and keep the store merchandised with pop culture flair. You’ll help customers find items, stock shelves, operate the register, and support curbside and BOPIS options to speed checkout.

As a team player, you’ll share product knowledge, maintain visual standards, and assist with planograms while ensuring a welcoming in-store experience for fans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Age 16+ to join the fandom.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return and be impressed by product knowledge.
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards in your assigned areas.
• Process sales at the register and promote add-ons via benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Communicate and collaborate with the team to get tasks done.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
