The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Seasonal Kettle Route Driver to manage kettle drop-offs and pickups, maintain route schedules, and ensure kettles are secure. This full-time, seasonal role supports bell ringing fundraisers and requires reliable, high-integrity driving.

You will perform pre-trip safety checks, maintain a clean driver record, and comply with background checks every two years.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or equivalent; understanding of non-profit best practices.
• Valid in-state driver's license; MVR checks annually.
• Ability to drive in inclement weather.
• Commitment to safety and reliability in route driving.

Aufgaben

• Drop off and pick up kettles following the provided schedule route.
• Ensure all kettles are secure with lock and set up properly when dropped off for start of Bell Ringing shift.
• Must be a person of high integrity.
• Pick up kettles at the end of Bell ringing day and report any signs of tampering.
• Conduct pre-vehicle safety checks of brakes, headlights, tires, etc.
• On-time regular attendance is a must
• Commitment to the mission of The Salvation Army
• Hands-on Team Player
• To motivate the assigned bell ringing locations to interact with the public and give good will.
• Other duties as assigned, related to Kettles.
